Tavant AI Summit 2026

Last year, we brought together 40+ senior technology and business leaders at the Archer Hotel in Napa for two days of candid conversation about AI’s impact on the enterprise.

The feedback was clear: this is the kind of room and the kind of conversation that doesn’t happen at the big conferences. So we’re doing it again — with a sharper focus on the shift that’s accelerated faster than any of us expected.

LLM-powered coding and automation agents have become more powerful than anyone imagined, and they keep getting better every week. The way technology gets developed and architected is changing radically — 10x developer productivity, lights-out IT operations, affordable legacy modernization and straight-through processing and self-serve are all real. Agents can build and maintain applications with almost no hands on keyboards. And they can deliver human-like experiences.

As most industries compete on technology and the customer experience and productivity it enables, adopting these new agent-powered ways and capabilities of developing and managing technology,  processes, and experiences has a direct line to competitiveness. Yet adoption requires change that is hard, and time is now of the essence. The inflection point has arrived irreversibly.

This AI Summit brings together senior technology and business leaders at the Archer Hotel in Napa to go deep on the five shifts that matter most to unlocking the power of agents:

How systems get built has fundamentally changed

When agents create your applications, every assumption about design, staffing, and deployment flips.

The platforms you invested in are becoming your constraint.

ERPs, CRMs, monolithic systems — built for a world where expensive ‘black boxes' were needed to create functionality. Agents now provide what platforms used to and you can cut out the middleman.

Legacy modernization is finally viable.

Systems that were untouchable can now be analyzed, refactored, and rebuilt in months, not years. Agents make change cheap and derisk it.

IT operations are going autonomous.

Monitoring, incident response, provisioning, scaling — dramatically less human intervention, or none at all.

Agents are running real parts of the business.

Workflows, decisioning, knowledge work — what robots did for manufacturing, agents are doing for the enterprise. And ways to manage compliance and risks now exist.

Two days with the peers navigating the same shift and urgency to change. Honest conversations about what’s working, what’s failing, how to accelerate, and what comes next.
